Four Years Flies By....

I kind of....well not kind of.... totally forgot that this thing existed...I don't even know if anybody ever read it....hmmmm....so to start it up again or not? That's the questionable question at the moment... it's been over four years since I've posted on this blog - not that I haven't had any ponderings, photographs, or digressions....I've had many and many things have changed....so, guess I might start 'er up again....LOL

Volleyball Weekend...and of course, some Trick 'or Treatin'


Alrighty...so here is my last post about volleyball (I think/ I hope) We are done! We left on Hallowe'en @ 2pm...our first game was @ 6:30 that evening in Hillmond...1/2 hour outside of Lloyd...so, off we went. The girls won their first game against Hillmond and then we went trick or treating in Lloyd...we just chilled out b/c we had an early game the next morning....all in all, the girls played really well...they came in 4th place in their pool...but they had a great time...some pics to prove it :)

Well, its true...the time spent with these girls makes teaching fun...they are like my own daughters...or maybe younger sisters...they have taught me so much even though it is supposed to be me who teaches them....teaching really is a 2 way street! Love it!

Well, we finally did it...senior girls got the gold medal in their units/districts yesterday...silver last year...remember?!?!? It was a close game with a tie-breaker...each team had won two sets, but my girls pulled it together and were they EVER happy :) And so they should be! It was wonderful!!!!! Then, the senior boys played and they won silver (but hey, they got the gold last year so I guess all is fair) I'll post pictures tonight....gotta go to work!

LOL! This may seem racially insensitive...but the really humourous part of this pass along email is that so much of it is true (and some of it is applicable)but the really interesting thing about this pass along is how many times I received it in my inbox and remember I am not an Indian! But, this just goes to prove that my nickname of Whindian was given to me for a reason...obviously...LOL...more posts to come! Yuppers, work is starting to settle down and I am starting to ponder and as always, digress.... Later folks :)
